The Sharepoint Administrator is responsible for the content management and website management .
Preferred Qualifications:
-Possess a MS Certified Professional Developer (MCDP) and/or a MS Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certificate.
-Be proficient in programming in the following computer languages:
C#, XML/HTML, XSL, CAML, ASP.net, CSS, Javascript, MDX
-Have two years of experience with SharePoint development
-Proficient in use of Sharepoint Object Models
-Ability to utilize MS Visual Studio and Sharepoint Designer software
-Proficiency in creating Business Data Connectors (BDC) to various data sources
-Proficiency in using Sharepoint Reporting Services and MS Performance Point to create custom dashboards
Day to Day Responsibilities
-Create custom web parts and work flows
-Experience in interfacing with users and developers to troubleshoot SharePoint problems.
-Ability to produce and interpret SharePoint performance trends
-Proficiency in SharePoint design and consulting with customers to identify SharePoint requirements.
-Prepare and update SharePoint Services documentation.
-Design and configure SharePoint Services implementation
-Assess new and relevant SharePoint Services technologies
-Develop and integrate new features and functionality or develop enhancements to existing functionality of the applications as requested by customer
-Correct program errors, prepare operating instructions, compile documentation of program development, and analyze system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls
-Provide input and guidance to Knowledge Manager and MARFORCYBER Staff regarding emerging technologies
