Duties include gather Army ITSM and Enterprise Service Help Desk requirements and ensuring the input and provisioning of those requirements in the Army ITSM system. Responsible for the more technical portion of the Remedy module development and/or user requirements development at Army installations. These positions are commonly known by ISEC as the "front end" developers and support personnel. work directly with the Engineering Team to ensure requirements compliance, relay individual DOIM requirements and provide more detailed Remedy and ITSM guidance to the Remedy migrations/training teams.
Requires certification as a BMC Remedy Skilled Professional (RSP) or Remedy Approved Consultant (RAC) BS/BA degree desired.
Requires Over 10 years experience as a Remedy Systems Engineer (SE) involving system implementation and software development tasks to include experience with BMC Remedy ITSM, ITIL, Information Management Systems, Systems integration, field operations, and customer support.
