Functional Responsibility: Demonstrated expertise in cyber operations throughout the U.S. and how a common view of data is created with various partners to enable the synchronization of analysis, the display of information and the dissemination of information. Perform multi-source research and analyze multi-source intelligence and technical data to support cyber operations with experience in the following areas: intrusion assessments, vulnerability assessments, cyber operations opportunity development and documenting information processes. Recommend metrics to support decision making. Demonstrated cyber expertise in one or more of the following areas: exercise support, strategic planning, performance management or process.
Professional Experience: In-depth domain experience may be desired in one or more of the following:
• Exercise support
• Computer Network Operations (CNO)
• Strategic planning
• Performance management
• Process development and
• Subject matter representative with sufficient relevant skills, knowledge and ability to assist working groups and meetings with mission partner organizations /departments/agencies
Education, Training and Certification: Sufficient equivalent domain expertise/experience in cyber operations or directly-related field, or a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) and corresponding subsequent professional experience. Work experience may encompass cyber operations (or related area) within the national security community.
