FourWinds Limited Company is seeking business/plans analysts to support our clients within the US Intelligence Community. A successful candidate would have significant experience conducting resource planning, assisting with strategic planning, assessing the effectiveness of programs, and working with multiple stakeholders on planning and resource issues. An ideal candidate would be familiar with government budget and finance regulations.
In addition, a successful candidate must have very strong analytic skills and be able to deploy solid writing and briefing skills in expressing detailed programmatic data to varied audiences. The candidate should have strong skills with Excel and a level of comfort working with data.
The candidate must be able to think creatively when searching for unique solutions to our customers' most pressing challenges, evaluate programmatic data, resolve inconsistencies, and effectively present the findings and recommendations to senior leaders within the Intelligence Community.
The ideal candidate would possess an MBA and/or a Master's in finance, public administration, or public policy, as well as at least 4 years of relevant experience in the Intelligence Community.
A current TS/SCI security clearance with a full-scope polygraph is required.
