JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Candidate will be responsible for providing expertise in the synchronization of MILDEC efforts with Computer Network Operations (CNO), Electronic Warfare (EW), Operations Security (OPSEC), and Military Information Support Operations (MISO) in the planning and execution of political and military activities required for achieving Command IO objectives. As a member of an IO Planning Support group, candidate will provide onsite expertise in the planning, execution, and assessment of MILDEC objectives, plans, and orders, the development of MILDEC policy, doctrine, and SOPs, and the evaluation of USCENTCOM strategies, plans and policies in support of USCENTCOM priorities. In addition, candidate must be capable of assisting USCENTCOM led, high-priority planning, synchronization, and implementation efforts involving USCENTCOM Component Commands, other key Combatant Commands, the Joint Staff, the Office of Secretary of Defense, as well as, Interagency, Multinational, Coalition and Regional partners.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with planning, targeting, synchronization and assessing MILDEC requirements within full-spectrum IO operations
• Experience with developing and integrating MILDEC requirements within campaign strategy, plans, and orders
• Ability to work both independently and as an effective team member
• Ability to cope with a changing environment and stringent deadlines.
• Completion of the Military Deception Planners Course (MDPC) or equivalent training
• Ability to write/prepare operational orders, plans, mission support requests, field reports, etc.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must have excellent knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• B.S. in a related field and two (2) years experience in military and/or defense industry required. (8 yrs without degree)


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Recent (within 3 years) operational experience in the USCENTCOM Area Of Responsibility
• Experience with AOR deployments supporting MILDEC requirements in combat operations
• Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES), Joint Professional Military Education (JPME-II), or Military Decision-making Process (MDMP) training and experience
