FourWinds Limited Company is seeking financial/budget and cost analysts to support our clients within the US Intelligence Community. A successful candidate would have substantial experience in budget management and execution within the Intelligence Community and be familiar with government budgetary cycles and with law, regulations, and policies affecting the budgetary process.
In addition to budget expertise, a successful candidate would have experience analyzing contractor-reported cost data; developing cost estimates for cost proposals; performing cost and price analysis of contractor proposals; and developing, analyzing, and monitoring spend plans. The candidate should have strong skills with Excel and financial data analysis.
The candidate must be able to think creatively when searching for unique solutions to our customers' most pressing challenges, analyze data, and effectively present insights and recommendations to senior leaders within the Intelligence Community.
The ideal candidate would possess an MBA and/or a Master's in finance, public administration, or public policy, as well as at least 10 years experience in performing budgeting and cost analysis within the Intelligence Community.
A current TS/SCI security clearance with a full-scope polygraph is required.
