Join the winning Team at Northrop Grumman.......... The Bureau of Engraving & Printing (Bureau/BEP) is the largest producer of security documents in the United States. The BEP prints billions of Federal Reserve notes for delivery to the Federal Reserve System each year. These notes are produced at the Bureau's Washington, DC and Fort Worth, Texas manufacturing facilities. The Bureau CIO Directorate provides management support for all of the automated systems required to support the Bureau's manufacturing operations and the activities that support them. These systems include enterprise-wide financial management, manufacturing, and production support systems, as well as, localized systems that relates to or support the Bureau's operations. You'll be part of a 12 person team supporting Certification and Accreditation services for the Department of Treasury Bureau of Engraving and Printing. The selected candidate will work directly with BEP system owners and perform some information system security officer (ISSO) functions, to coordinate the implementation of BEP information security policies within the system development life-cycle. The position requires detailed knowledge and expertise of Information Assurance (IA) principals and how to apply NIST guidelines, standards, and policies to the certification and accreditation (C&A) process. The position responsibilities will include developing appropriate documentation required for FISMA reporting including responsibility for the System Categorization, in accordance with FIPS 199 and NIST SP 800-60, generation of the System Security Plan (SSP) associated Security Control selection and documentation in accordance with NIST SP 800-37 and 800-53, and generation of the Monitoring strategy. The position will be responsible for the Privacy Threshold Analysis (PTA), Privacy Impact Analysis (PIA), and Security Impact Analysis (SIA). The analyst will be expected to work with minimal supervision, be team leads, and accept greater responsibility for the completion of assignments commensurate with their level of experience.
Minimum Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below: * Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a technical discipline, * Min 14 years of IT experience, * Must be able to obtain a Position of Trust designation
Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration: * Cyber Security experience * CISSP, PMP and or ITIL Foundations Certification * Treasury experience * A current Top Secret Clearance * Experience with ComplyVision, the BEP C&A Management tool * Experience with Cloud Migration * Experience with Integrated Control Systems * Experience with Continuous Monitoring
