The main purpose of this effort is to provide the Royal Saudi Air Force with the training to begin modeling their RSAF structure and frame of reference based on a USAF model which our trainers and staff will provide.

Description of Effort:
We are looking for training managers to ensure training requirements are fulfilled for Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) students on RSAF F-15S and F-15SA aircraft and related equipment for one year contract with options to continue.
The training manager will develop training plans for students and review documentation by the trainers.
The training manager will also be interacting with RSAF personnel to ensure a smooth flow work and training accomplishment.
Training managers will coordinate scheduling of resources and oversee the overall training documentation for trainees in upgrade training and students participating in maintenance field training formal courses.
Training managers will work under the direction of the site manager to ensure training requirements are met, reports are created and maintained, and the monthly training management meeting with the RSAF is effectively scheduled, prepared, and executed.
Ensures training compliance with USAF AFI 36-2201, AFI 36-2232, and RSAF Manual 108-5 and other USAF and RSAF manuals and instructions as required.
Plans training flow, establishes timeframes and benchmarks for tracking the progress of the training program. Understands potential obstacles/roadblocks and makes alternative plans to ensure timely task accomplishment.
Oversee the entire training program, including the assessment, plan, implementation, tracking and day-to-day operations.
Responsible for the daily administration and monitoring of the Training Program
Track, analyze and communicate key performance metrics Develops and maintains historical records of all training records
Documents the success stories and problem areas of the training program
Conducts training meetings, compiles reports as needed for management.
Ensures that all reports generated are factually correct and statistically sound
Familiarize trainers with established training policies, procedures rules and regulations
Provides new student orientation and works with trainers to develops the student training plan their training plan with the trainer
Make monthly & quarterly training plans. Maintain the training calendar
Track training progress and follows up with trainers/students to keep them on track to ensure completion of the program in a timely productive manner
Assist trainers to solve specific training problems.
Maintain and update all required paperwork, including filing their training certifications and all other training documentation
Communicate regularly with management to identify training needs and align training with the company strategy
Understands and complied with USAF and RSAF aircraft maintenance upgrade training, career development course management, and OJT procedures and reporting requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Training manager will oversee upgrade (OJT, correspondence, and formal course) training plans and documentation for 150+ RSAF maintenance personnel in all respects (on-aircraft/equipment, Career Development Courses, teaching USAF maintenance culture) in accordance with USAF/RSAF instructions and technical data.
Training manger will ensure trainers keep to their schedule and identify limitations preventing completion.
Personnel will be required to live in and comply with laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and will not be subject to a Status of Forces Agreement.
Personnel will be required to comply and ensure compliance with USAF grooming standards in accordance with AFI 36-2903 (hair length, body art exposure and piercings) and dress professionally in accordance with company directives while on duty.
Personnel will be subject to the environmental conditions of Saudi Arabia, to include heat, dust, low humidity, and should ensure they can live and work in such an environment.
Personnel will be required to conduct themselves at the highest levels of professionalism, communicate clearly & effectively and appropriately conduct themselves while interfacing with the Royal Saudi Air Force, clearly understanding that they are guests in Saudi Arabia and that the Saudi Air Force is their customer and has high expectation of our company and of each trainer.

Qualified Candidates must have the following:
5 years experience working in USAF training environment (US Air Force AFSC 3S271).
2 years of leadership experience.
Training managers must be physically fit, able to lift 50 lbs and walk extended distances.
Highly developed interpersonal skills with a solid background in interviewing and counseling techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to interact with all levels of personnel.
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a timely manner
Training managers will be required to have and maintain U.S. Government Secret or higher security clearance.
Must have excellent computer skills, to include MS Office and web applications.
Must have knowledge of training planning processes in the USAF or other military service
Must have an ACTIVE SECRET clearance


Education Requirements:
Associate's Degree in AFSC or occupational education
Bachelor's degree in occupational education is preferred

Special Training Required:
7-Level awarded in required Air Force Specialty

Certificates
Specific AFSC awarding courses
DD214 and all USAF Certificates in AFSC-awarding and related courses
Documentation relating to professional courses completed
Computer generated training records from Air Force maintenance management/ training system databases are preferred.
Have recent USAF maintenance unit training experience (0-5 years)
Have recent training experience with the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) including familiarity with their regulations and processes
Have experience traveling overseas (off of a military base) during either a military assignment or other travel, preferably in Southwest Asia
Have experience driving civilian vehicles in foreign countries

Preferred Skills:
Specific AFSC awarding courses
DD214 and all USAF Certificates in AFSC-awarding and related courses
Documentation relating to professional courses completed
Computer generated training records from Air Force maintenance management/ training system databases are preferred.
Have recent USAF maintenance unit training experience (0-5 years)
