Candidate must have sound troubleshooting skills and able to investigate, troubleshoot and escalate when call appropriately. Candidate will attend and participate in briefings and must have strong oral and written communication skills. Candidate will work with a variety of tools to include HP Openview, Windows/Linux operating systems, and using network monitoring tools. Must have good Linux/Unix and Windows skills and knowledgeable in active directory, and remote access tools. Candidate will interact with military, civilian and management personnel. Initially the work will be days but will turn into shift work as mission needs expand. Shift schedule is subject to change and operational needs change. This position may require the candidate to physically access cabling assemblies within equipment racks or underneath raised flooring.Required Experience: 5+ Years with BS Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.6 years of development of relevant experienceSound troubleshooting skills.Strong Oral and written communication skillsShift work Required.Work with a variety of tools; good Linux/Unix and Windows skills.Successful candidates must have a TS/SCI with a Polygraph.Clearance Level Required at Start Date TS/SCI with PolyMinimum Education Requirements BS/BA Degree or EquivalentPercent of Travel Required N/A |
