Initial responsibilities for the Technical Services Engineer will be to perform Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) activities. Position will lead into responsibilities with the development and sustainment of training materials. Must be able to research engineering data, technical manuals, and other subject matter experts to develop and sustain training materials. Specific requirements include maintenance task analysis, level of repair analysis and aircraft system operation and maintenance plans. It is desirable that the candidate be diversified between aircraft mechanical, electrical and avionics system disciplines. Additional responsibilities will include assisting in the development of planning documentation and meeting facilitation. Plans and contributes to proposal efforts. EVMS experience a plus. Provides technical advice and guidance on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement of company technical products, programs and systems. Provides expertise for resolving technical problems, troubleshoots product and modifies product to customer requirements. Provides training to customers. Work may be done at customer site. Includes software systems and programs designed for customers (corporate and individual) and government entities.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: Must have 6 + years experience in at least one of the following areas: Logistics Support Analysis, Technical Data Development, Developing Training Material, Level of Repair Analysis, Aircraft Systems Maintenance, Aircraft System Operation, or Supply Logistics Support. Candidate must have a current DoD (minimum Secret) clearance and be willing to submit to polygraph. Additionally, the ability to obtain and retain a Program Security Clearance is required as condition of employment. Must have Basic computer skills i.e. Excel, Word, Power Point.
Preferred Qualifications: Must possess a Secret or Top Secret Clearance Knowledge of EVMS a plus.
