Trainee Training and Exercise Specialist in Homeland Defense/Homeland Security programs for Technical Services, to include the National Exercise Program (NEP) and various federal, state and local programs. Candidate will be called to work on a part-time/on-call basis to support specific, requirements associated with National Exercise Program exercises in the Washington DC area.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
* HSEEP training certificate
* Experience with DHS HSEEP-compliant exercises at the state, regional, or federal level
* Experience with DoD exercises
* Minimum 1 year of emergency management training and/or exercise experience
Preferred Qualifications:
* Incident Command System (ICS) Certifications
* NIMS Certification
* Experience in Multi-agency Command Centers
