This position will be responsible for the security program for site special programs and will be the primary interface to the customer organizations. This position is responsible for DoD SCI and Special Access Programs. Selected candidate must have experience with developing and coordinating program documentation to include Fixed Facility Checklists, Standard Operating Procedures, TEMPEST addendums, and co-use/co-utilization agreements. Selected candidate must have the ability to support multiple programs with diverse security requirements. Experience with personnel security, COMSEC account management, development and delivery of security education, conducting security incident/violation investigations and preparing written reports, conducting internal audits, preparing visit certifications, and performing access control and physical security. Successful candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills. This position may require travel and reports directly to the Colorado Operations Security Manager. Additional responsibilities may be assigned commensurate with performance or due to business needs Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes and security audits. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken. Additional responsibilities may be assigned commensurate with performance or due to business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: * BA/BS degree required in Business, Law Enforcement, Criminal Justice or related field * 5 years experience in related position including: * Experience in COMSEC, physical security, security education, conducting internal audits, overall security access control Ability to support multiple programs with diverse security requirements Active TS/SCI with ability to maintain required special accesses as required for this position 5+ years of working experience with DoD and intelligence agency security requirements to include: NISPOM, DCID/ICD and JAFAN
Preferred Qualifications: Completion of applicable DSS courses- Introduction to Special Access Programs (SAPs), SAP Mid-Level Management
