Qualifications are strict, but must be met and are as follows:
- Secret Clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years experience in military operations and/or military programs and management
- Served at a division, corps, in-theater Army, Coalition or Joint Headquarters
- Experience in the Capability Development process to include:
-SME and Technical understanding of Counter IED related military intelligence and ongoing R&D and T&E activities
-Subject Matter Expertise related to the development of CIED Capability Gap Analysis
-Subject Matter Expertise related to the development of DOTMLPF Assessments
- Subject Matter Expertise related to CIED CONOPS, TTPs, OIL, and other operational analysis
