Analyze and study complex system requirements. Design software tools and subsystems to support software reuse and domain analyses and manage their implementation. Translates detailed design into computer software. Implement COST packages. Test, debug, and regine the computer software to produce the required product. Prepare required documenation, including both program-level and user-level documenatation. Enhance software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency. Provide technical guidence in software engineering techniques and automated support tools. Provide technical direction to programmers to ensure program deadlines are met.
The individual selected will work with an established small Agile team.
Active TS/SCI with full scope polygraph required.
Mandatory skills: Ruby on Rails, JEE experience, Web applications, SQL, Oracle, experienc eiwth Agile development teams. Experience with daily Scrum. JavaScript.
Optional skills: Groovy and Grails. EXT JS. PL/SQL
