Tradecraft Advisor - Functional Specialist - NEW AWARD

The Contractor will be skilled in tradecraft and development issues, including program development, training management and tradecraft, and experiential learning planning and facilitation. The contractor will be required to independently initiate, plan execute and report on tasks as identified by the government customer. The contractor will have good written and oral communication skills and be able to work in a team environment. A TS/SCI is required for this position; bachelors degree or equivalent is required for this opening with 7 to 10 years of experience.

Desired qualities: Curriculum management, database management, enterprise transformation, training development, stakeholder engagement and acceptance, seminar planning, development and implementation; team building and event facilitation; education systems; communicaation, networking and organization aptitude. IA/GA tradecraft knowledge and expertise.

Parsons/MAI is recruiting for an experienced Tradecraft and Development Functional Specialist - Advisor (Mid Level 3) to provide expertise, guidance, consultation, facilitation and thought leadership to the customer and/or project team based on specialized deep expertise in such fields as: engineering and technology; policy and administration; planning; analysis; training and development; facilities; communications; visual design; human capital; business; and management. This contractor will ensure the appropriate quality characterisitics have been integrated into products; monitors products and services throughout the life cycle; validates/verifies adherence to specified requirements through test and measurement activities; manages/leads quality assurance activities.
