FourWinds Limited Company is seeking management consultants to support our clients within the US Intelligence Community. The ideal candidate would have experience in developing performance evaluation methodologies, facilitating groups, and formulating and implementing strategy, as well as building performance management portfolios to be used in support of executive decision-making. A strong background in data analysis and/or research design is a plus.
An effective candidate would possess the ability to conceptualize and develop organizational and programmatic strategic plans, leading the process from inception to completion, including briefing senior leaders on strategic direction, setting and articulating objectives, developing action plans to meet those objectives, and communicating progress towards implementation and associated impact of strategic initiatives. Prior experience translating strategy into measurable results, either in commercial or government consulting, is desired.
The candidate must be able to think creatively when searching for unique solutions to our customers' most pressing challenges, lead any associated research or data collection effort, perform data analysis, and effectively present the findings and recommendations to senior leaders within the Intelligence Community.
The ideal candidate would possess an MBA and/or a Master's in organizational behavior or development and at least 4 years experience in the aforementioned work streams.
A current TS/SCI security clearance with a lifestyle polygraph is required.
