| Military Trainer 2 |
|
Responsible for training development and implementation effort during the planning and development of training for advanced systems. Candidate may be required to coordinate customer product training programs for field support of technical systems that include the joint radio and networked communication systems. The ideal candidate would possess tactical communications experience by way of military service in the following Military Occupational Specialties (MOS): United States Marine Corps - MOS's 0621, 0627, 0656, and 0699. United States Army - MOS's 250 N, 251A, 254A, 24 and 25 Series (A, B, F, and N). Individual will be responsible for analysis, development and implementation of training to support operation and maintenance of selected programs. Candidate will be responsible for interface with design engineering and customer working groups. Candidate must possess the ability to develop solutions to problems of moderate complexity, which require a degree of ingenuity, creativity and innovativeness. This position will require travel within the continental US. Work will be performed at Sierra Vista, Arizona.
Basic Qualifications:
1. Bachelors Degree with a minimum 6 years experience in training and training related activities. 10 Years experience in lieu of degree. 2. Candidate must have 3 years experience in US Army training development. 3. Candidate must be able to work independently as well as member of team. 4. Must be able to travel as needed. 5. Candidate must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance. Relocation Assistance Available. Security Clearance Required.
