| Intelligence Analyst 2/3 |
|
Accepting applicants at multiple band levels. Responsibilities include performing OPIR analysis on-site at Schriever AFB, Colorado Springs, CO in support of the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) located at Wright-Patterson AFB. Experience in Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT) technologies including remote sensing, signal processing and analysis, algorithm development, or systems engineering desired. Under supervision participates as a team member performing all-source or fused-/multi-source intelligence analysis and data exploitation. Extracts signals and signatures from raw data, integrates that information with other data sources, and compiles / disseminates formatted reports to internal and external customers. Collaborates with other production cells to resolve ambiguities and prove greater context to target intelligence. May provide knowledge to R&D teams for development of improved data manipulation, data analysis, and signal extraction techniques and tools. Coordinates with field test teams to plan and execute system testing. Requires knowledge of the customer's mission and technology used to accomplish a given task. Requires knowledge of the military, and/or the intelligence community and intelligence technologies. Will involve shift work, 24/7/365. May involve some travel. This requisition is contingent upon ATEP Contract Award. Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, math, physics, remote sensing, related discipline, or equivalent experience may be substituted for education, and 2 to 5 years experience for a Band 2 or 4 to 7 years experience for a Band 3. Knowledge/experience with SBIRS or DSP data is a plus. Experience in a related field preferred. Active TS/SCI clearance required. Knowledge/experience with SBIRS or DSP data a plus. Typical Minimum Education / Experience:
