We are currently seeking multiple Systems Administrators (level 2) with a demonstrated Information Assurance background for our USAICoE CIO/G6 IT Support task in Ft. Huachuca, AZ (Southern AZ). This position is for a mid level Windows system administrator with experience in information assurance support for Windows Server 2003 systems. This position will support the Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS). The candidate will be responsible for the conducting system scans, applying IAVA patches, ensuring systems meet all STIG requirements, and assisting in the development of DIACAP accreditation documentation. In addition to information assurance responsibilities, the candidate will also be required to perform Windows Server 2003 system administration functions. The following are the Basic Qualifications for this position: 1. Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance within a timeframe set forth by management. 2. Bachelor of Science degree AND 3-6 years of experience in information assurance AND 3-6 years experience configuring and managing Windows Server operating systems (an additional 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree requirement.) 3. Ability to quickly adapt to new situations 4. Strong commitment to a team environment 5. Capacity to work unsupervised 6. Willingness to learn new technologies 7. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Desired qualifications for a successful candidate include: 1. Current Security+ certification, or currently enrolled in a program to obtain a Security+ certification.
