| SCM Associate Partner - Public Sector |
|
The Engagement Manager/Associate Partner (EM/AP) has direct accountability for the sale and delivery of large-scale supply chain management (SCM) engagements involving technology, process, and organizational change initiatives. The EM/AP provides hands-on leadership & direction to the team and manages client executive relationships. The EM/AP will be responsible for leading business case development, identifying and closing new business, and providing thought and practice leadership. This is a hands-on consulting delivery role in a complex integrated environment which is multifunctional, multinational, and crosses multiple locations. This is not an account management or business development role.

Required
* High School Diploma/GED
* At least 5 years experience in supply chain management with responsibilities in supply chain planning, procurement, logistics, strategy, product life cycle management, or operations
* Readiness to travel up to 75%; travelling 5 days a week, home on weekends
* U.S. citizenship required
* English: Basic knowledge
Preferred
* Bachelor's Degree
* At least 3 years experience in business development
* At least 3 years experience in program management experience with multiple full lifecycle, successful SCM engagements involving technology, process and organizational change initiatives
* At least 4 years experience in management consulting roles in a consulting firm
* At least 4 years experience in management consulting roles in a consulting firm
* Security clearance of Secret - Active
* English : Intermediate
