Description:
Thorough understanding of Information Assurance principals
Working knowledge in multiple Information Assurance technical areas
Ability to manage IA related projects or work individually as a consultant to support IA initiatives
Solid understanding of project lifecycle and how security activities are incorporated in that lifecycle
Ability to design, develop and implement components of IA organizations
Ability to interface with all levels of management
Provides technical briefings, develop strategies, implement solutions, and manage budgets
Required:
Bachelor's degree required
Solid background in network or systems engineering and strong InfoSec experience
Must understand the C&A process
Strong background in Infosec skills including network defenses (firewalls, IDS, antivirus), access controls, auditing, and data protection
Must be able to work independently and interact with multiple levels of customer management
Knowledge of Risk Management and Risk Analysis
Knowledge of government security requirements and policies
Desirable:
CISSP or other certifications
Clearance:
ACTIVE TS/SCI with Polygraph required
