The candidate Shall be responsible for development, substantive review, editing and coordination of NGA/Source inputs to the Program Objectives Memorandum/Intelligence Program Objective Memorandum (POM/IPOM), the Budget Estimate Submission/Intelligence Budget Estimate Submission (BES/IBES), and the Congressional Budget Justification Book/Congressional Justification Book (CBJB/CJB). The contractor shall also coordinate program and budget activities with NGA/CFO and prepare submission for budget hearings, Intelligence Program Review Group (IPRG) issues, congressional testimony, and questions for the record. Representative activities include but are not restricted to the following: - Program Objectives Memorandum/Intelligence Program Objectives Memorandum (POM/IPOM) documentation
- Budget Estimate Submission/Intelligence Budget Estimate Submission (BES/IBES) documentation
- Congressional Budget Justification Book/Congressional Justification Book (CBJB/CJB) narratives and supporting documentation
- Submissions for Budget Hearings, Intelligence Program Review Group (IPRG) issues, Congressional Testimony, and Questions for the Record.
Administrative: - Attend bi-weekly Corporate Services Staff meetings
- Attend Source Monthly Forum meetings.
- Prepare briefing slides for the ERMB and SCB, when necessary.
- Track and submit monthly Mainstay Accomplishment Report.
