| User Experience Specialist 3/4 |
|
Position requires current SSBI/SCI clearance with CI or Full-Scope Polygraph or equivalent.
Leads activities to design, develop, and document web-based software architectures, requirements, interfaces and designs for software systems for web-based deployments. Must be proficient in web design and implementation with a full level of skills including HTML and Flash. Extensive and advanced web design and development experience is required. Advanced graphics design expertise an advantage. Must be willing to work and proficient in a wide spectrum of software lifecycle events from requirements definition through development and deployment. Able to leverage existing familiarity with intelligence community missions and tools for research and evaluation leading to potential deployment. Works extensively with a variety of external and internal customers including mission customer, development team, and operations and maintenance organization. Able to develop lower level requirements from customer requirements. Must be a strong and independent worker requiring minimal supervision. Position is on a small rapid development and tool assessment team within larger program. High customer visibility. Provides technical leadership for web-based software projects and leads software supplier management activities. Candidate must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work in a dynamic team environment.
