We are currently seeking an Information Systems Security Officer. Responsibilities: Perform ISSO duties such as maintaining and reviewing audit logs across 8 separate networks. Maintain access control lists and electronic door access systems. Assist the ISSM with developing and maintaining I.T. related security plans. Assist ISSM in Incident handling and investigation. Assist ISSM and I.T. in establishing and maintaining security controls. Assist ISSM in administrative and clerical tasks. Work with partners and customers to ensure compliance with contract requirements. Assist in developing SOPs and User Guides for I.T. personnel and end users. Assist in physical inventory and ensuring security plan compliance. Train end users in I.T. related issues in a classified environment. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Experience in Incident handling, investigation, and remediation Experience working with, developing, testing, or maintaining security plans in classified environments Experience with maintaining control and inventory of classified items Must be able to work overtime as needed Willing to travel as needed Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel Strong interpersonal and communications skills Minimum 2-3 years administrative experience in a classified environment TS/SCI Required Prior DoD experience preferred Experience working in multiple classified environments with different classification levels Working knowledge of NISPOM Chapter 8 and/or DCID 6/9 Must be able to lift 45 pounds and work on ladders.
