Hiring for this position is contingent upon contract award. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience supporting U.S. Department of Homeland Security/TSA. Essential Job Functions - Eligibility for Secret Clearance required. Must be US Citizen in order to pass a suitability background check
- Determines the costs of information technology services and provides financial accounting support to ensure expenditures fall within approved plans
- Interfaces with the Capacity Management, Configuration Management (asset data) and Service Level Management processes to identify the costs of service.
- Works closely with the CSC Solutions Delivery Customer Relationship Manager, other members of the CSC team, and the customer during the negotiations of the IT department and Customer's IT spend plan
- Plans and predicts IT expenditures required to maintain or improve services
- Assists CSC management in understanding the ongoing total cost of proposed IT initiatives
- Analyzes user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements
- Identifies resources required for tasks
- Coordinates and facilitates meetings with clients to gather and document requirements and explore complex solutions.
- Provides time estimates for project related tasks.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or related field preferred
- Zero or more years of business analysis experience
- Experience working with the interface of information technology with functional groups within an organization
- Experience working with business processes and re-engineering
- Experience working with computer programming concepts and basic language
Other Qualifications
- Associate's Degree with two years of related experience or High School diploma with four years of specialized experience in related field, or Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree with no experience.
- Associate's Degree in finance administration or business administration, or related field preferred
- Experience working with the interface of information technology with functional groups within an organization
- Experience working with business processes
- Experience working in an IT service delivery organization preferred
- Experience working with the implementation of company value propositions
