Search Tool Specialist
Search Tool Specialist will be responsible for implementing the Autonomy Enterprise Search tool for searching across structured data.
You will be working at the client location supporting the installation, configuration and implementation of the Autonomy search tool.
Primary responsibilities will also include designing and developing search tools components and customizing the the Autonomy ASP.NET/C# User Interface using the search tool .NET APIs.
Other key responsibilities include documenting the design and configuration parameters for the Autonomy search tool in the design specification report. This person will also be responsible to work very closely with the tool vendor staff and lead design sessions on security integration, auditing, performance planning and indexing the structured content.
*Perform Requirement analysis and develop specifications for designs for metadata and search tool specifications. Create technical designs, develop and Unit test for Autonomy Search Engine components
*Work with Search tool vendor staff on design, prototype and development effort
*Integration of Search tool with SQL server 2005 based repository and IBM EAS product using SOAP based web services in ASP .NET environment
*Understand the IRS-CI data and database structures in Microsoft SQL Server and recommend database view designs for search tool indexing
*Status reporting and communication within the team and customer
