Professional Solutions is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following positions supporting CTC:
Cisco Networking Instructor – Physical Duty Location I MEF. Must hold the Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Certification. A Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE) in any discipline is an acceptable substitution.
Cisco VOIP Instructor and the certifications possessed of the individual should be at least Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and have passed Cisco Voice over IP Exam (642-436). Preferred certifications would be Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) and Cisco Certified Voice Professional (CCVP).
Here are the specific skills they should at a minimum possess and are pulled directly off of the requirements to pass the Cisco Voice Over IP Exam 642-436 which will probably be the class taught most by this instructor. They will also be a utility player for the Cisco Academy which is our most frequently taught course in all the CTCs as it is a prerequisite for much of our other training.

* Identify the appropriate gateway signaling protocol for a given situation
* Describe voice quality considerations
* Choose the appropriate codec for a given situation
Be able to implement a gateway
* Describe the gateway call routing process
* Configure analog voice ports
* Configure digital voice ports
* Describe considerations for PBX integration
* Configure dial-peers
* Configure hunt groups and trunk groups
* Configure digit manipulation
* Configure calling privileges
* Verify dial-plan implementation
* Implement fax and modem support on a gateway
* Configure a gateway to provide DTMF support
Be able to describe the function and interoperation of gatekeepers within an IP Communications network

Minimum Requirements :
(1) Must speak and read the English language at a 12 grade reading level
(2) Must have a minimum of a bachelors degree (applicable military service greater than 10 years may be substituted)
(3) Must have a minimum six years experience delivering technical instruction (military master instructor certificate is a suitable substitution for experience).
(4) Must have a minimum of four years experience on US Armed Forces tactical communications equipment
