On Your Profile page, under Ongoing Hiring Needs, you can let job seekers in your network know your top ongoing hiring needs.

You have the ability to display your Ongoing Hiring Needs to a specific audience that meets the requirements (i.e. clearance, location, industry, and career level) for those jobs.

Example:

All levels of Information Assurance >10yrs exp. in metro D.C.
Senior helpdesk managers with Secret or above
Intelligence Analysts w/ TS/SCI in AZ/NM areas

Any employer with an active account on ClearanceJobs recieves the base features of The Cleared Network, which includes the ability to display your top 3 Ongoing Hiring Needs.
